After working with some great Entrepeneur’s and mentors throughout my working career in small to medium companies, in 2014 I had the burning desire to run a business. I knew I wanted to give it a crack.

After purchasing into a franchise chain with my family, this was my first shot at business, geez was it a hard slog! First of all, hospitality was not my niche, I knew nothing about the industry besides my love for food (or eating), I was interested in health and nutrition and good eating, and this was a new concept and a great opportunity, so headfirst we went. It was not an easy ride, however I learnt how to keep it alive, how to limit liabilities, how to hire, train and fire staff. I wore all the hats.

After having children during this time, I knew I could not do it all, and decided to sell the business, it did come at a loss, a financial loss and loss of time with my new family.

After going back to working 9 to 5 with a building company my desire to one day have a successful business was still burning and I was realising I loved working with Trades.

I understood business.

I understood the industry.

I understood the suppliers.

I understood the demand for assistance with the back end of the business.

I understood that you can’t do it alone.

Since then, I have successfully created a 6-figure business assisting Trade companies throughout the country, I now have a team who successfully create better workflows for our Trade’s that allows them too to scale their business.

I now have a better work life balance than ever before.
